Terms and Conditions
Sinful House/Soir Haus is a private member platform, community and event ecosystem operated as a brand of Alternative Hospitality (UK) Ltd. By registering, applying, buying tickets, using the app, attending events or interacting with members, you agree to these terms.
Membership and eligibility
- Sinful House/Soir Haus is for adults aged 21 and over. You must provide accurate registration and application information, including legal identity where requested for safety, payment, venue access and compliance checks.
- Membership, event access and community access are discretionary. Application, payment or account creation does not guarantee acceptance, event admission or continued access.
- You are responsible for keeping your profile, contact details, account type and verification information accurate. False or misleading information may delay entry, require correction, incur an administration review or lead to suspension.
- Membership tiers, benefits, discounts, event access and partner benefits may vary by tier, account type, event category, location and availability. Some benefits may be marked coming soon until facilities or backend workflows are live.
- Paid memberships may renew, expire or require renewal according to the product purchased and the active checkout terms shown at purchase. You can manage your account and membership settings through the app where available.
Tickets, payments and refunds
- Tickets, memberships, deposits, wallet credits and other purchases are personal to the member account unless the app or event rules explicitly allow otherwise.
- Ticket and membership purchases may be processed by card, bank transfer, PromptPay, Soir Pay or another approved payment provider. Statement descriptors may reference Soir Haus, Alternative Hospitality entities, local payment partners or payment processors.
- Bank transfer and QR payments are not confirmed until payment proof has been submitted and approved. Card and Soir Pay payments may confirm automatically when the payment provider or wallet confirms payment.
- Unless a specific event or product states otherwise, purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Account suspension, rule breaches, refusal of entry, no-shows or late arrival do not create an automatic refund right.
- Alternative Hospitality (UK) Ltd may cancel or reverse orders, tickets, wallet transactions, benefits or access where fraud, payment failure, mistaken pricing, chargeback risk, duplicate issuance, security concerns or rule breaches are identified.
Member conduct and consent
- You are responsible for your own conduct, personal boundaries, sexual health, safety decisions and interactions with other members at all times.
- Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed and ongoing. A maybe is not consent. Silence is not consent. Someone may withdraw consent at any time and you must stop immediately.
- You must not touch, pressure, follow, expose, shame, threaten, harass, stalk, impersonate, photograph, record or identify another member without permission.
- You agree to follow event hosts, moderators, partner venues, staff instructions and posted event rules. Safety decisions are final.
- Reports of sexual misconduct, violence, threats, drug promotion, solicitation, harassment or privacy breaches may result in immediate removal, suspension, permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
Community and platform use
- The app, social features, chat rooms, groups, forums, direct messages and member directories exist for member engagement around the community and events.
- Do not use the platform to divert members to competing events, paid private groups, third-party apps, commercial services or private meets in a way that undermines the community or creates safety risk.
- Do not post illegal, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive or privacy-invasive content.
- Administrators may moderate content, restrict features, archive records, retain safety evidence, suspend accounts or terminate access where needed for safety, compliance, operational or legal reasons.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ${operatorName}, its subsidiaries, management, staff, hosts, agents, venues and partners from claims arising from your misconduct, breach of these terms, breach of another member's privacy, or unlawful activity.
