House Rules

House Rules

Sinful House/Soir Haus is a private members' lifestyle social club and community. Rules apply in the app, at events, in partner venues, in chat rooms, in direct messages and during check-in. Dress code depends on the night, theme and venue instructions for each event.

What to expect

  1. The community is built for liberated adults in the lifestyle and LGBTQ+ communities who want a respectful, non-judgmental and non-discriminatory environment.
  2. On-premise play may be available at some events or venues, but nobody is required or expected to participate in anything that makes them uncomfortable.
  3. Members may socialise, flirt, dance, dress up, explore and meet like-minded adults, but all engagement must be respectful and consent-led.
  4. Attendance, ratios, event mix, room availability and guest composition can vary by event. The club does not guarantee a specific number or ratio of couples, men, women or other attendees.
  5. Registration, approval and advance booking are required. Acceptance into the community or purchase of a ticket does not remove the club's right to refuse entry or withdraw access.

Dress code and event themes

  1. Dress code depends on the night, theme, venue and event instructions. Members should always check the event page and pre-event emails before attending.
  2. Some nights may be casual, some may be formal, and some may be themed or require elevated partywear. The expected standard is effort, discretion, hygiene and respect for the atmosphere of the event.
  3. Lingerie, risque styling, fetishwear or theme-led outfits may be welcome where appropriate, but are optional unless an event specifically states otherwise.
  4. Hosts may refuse entry or ask a member to adjust attire if it conflicts with venue rules, safety, theme, hygiene or the discretion standards for that event.
  5. Partner venues may apply their own dress, ID, footwear, bag, smoking, pool, room or facility rules. Members must follow those rules.

Consent and play

  1. Consent is required before any physical, sexual, intimate or scene interaction. If the answer is unclear, it is no.
  2. No means no. Stop means stop. A person can change their mind at any time and consent must be respected immediately without argument.
  3. Do not touch another member, join a scene, commentate in play spaces, pressure someone, follow someone, or attempt to create a sexual interaction without clear permission.
  4. Use private or lockable rooms where appropriate. If you enter a playroom and are not participating, keep noise low and respect the people using the space.
  5. Members are responsible for their own sexual wellbeing and should practise safer sex. The club does not guarantee any member's health status, choices or behaviour.

Privacy and discretion

  1. Discretion is central to the community. Do not reveal member names, occupations, photos, screenshots, conversations, attendance, relationship details or personal information outside approved contexts.
  2. Photography, video, live streaming, screenshots and recording are not allowed unless the event or platform explicitly permits it and every identifiable person has consented.
  3. Media workers, influencers, creators, public figures and professionals may apply, but must uphold the privacy of the club, members, venues, staff and hosts at all times.
  4. Real legal names are required for verification and check-in where requested, but members may use public usernames within the app.
  5. Privacy breaches can result in immediate removal, permanent suspension, legal escalation and indemnity claims.

Safety, behaviour and enforcement

  1. Be respectful at all times. Rude, racist, homophobic, transphobic, violent, abusive, threatening, stalking, harassing or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.
  2. The promotion of drugs, illegal activity, paid solicitation, coercion or exploitation is not permitted.
  3. Overly intoxicated members may be removed from events, play areas, venues or online spaces.
  4. Couple memberships and couple tickets are subject to the rules shown for that event. A male registered as part of a couple may not automatically attend as a single male where the event does not permit it.
  5. The club may withdraw membership, tickets, app features, partner benefits or event access at any time where conduct is unsafe, misleading, disruptive or damaging to other members' enjoyment.
