Delete your account and associated data
You can request deletion of your Soir Haus account, profile information and associated personal data. Our support team will verify the request before processing it.
How to request deletion
- Submit the request form below, preferably while signed in or using the email linked to your account.
- Include your member number or username so we can identify the correct account.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting or anonymising account data.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal data and confirm the outcome by email.
Data that may be retained
- Payment, tax, accounting, chargeback and fraud-prevention records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
- Safety, moderation, deleted-message, incident and audit records may be retained where needed to protect members or comply with legal obligations.
- Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period until backup rotation removes it.
